You may return unworn, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
For any other reason, the cost to return the shipment to us will be deducted from your refund unless you send it back to us at your expense. Should you decide to use your own courier, we strongly advise that you have a tracking number as we will not be responsible for lost or missing returns.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

The quickest way to exchange merchandise is to place a new order and return the initial items to us by following the Return Policy above.
We will ship out your new merchandise immediately and will refund your return upon receipt. Please indicate in your return request that your return is an exchange so we do not deduct any return freight.
